Senior Technical Architect (Hands-on Lead Developer)
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our fast-growing tech team in Pakistan. You will work on system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature development for our Industrial IoT platform, while also leading a small agile team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions.
Oversee software design and development processes, ensuring high-quality code and engineering best practices.
Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable architecture for ThingTrax’s digital solutions.
Lead and mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
System reliability, performance tuning, and effective monitoring.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks.
Align technology strategy with business goals and support digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
Expertise in IoT, AI, ML, and data processing frameworks.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools.
Experience with SQL databases.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation.
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
