We are seeking a talented Technical Author to join our offshore team in Lahore and contribute to the success of our products. As a Technical Author at Thingtrax, you will be the key architect of user-facing documentation, collaborating across multiple disciplines to create content that bridges the communication and technology divide.

You will be responsible for producing a broad range of technical and user-based documentation, including user guides, technical writing, and user experience content. This role demands expertise in technical writing skills and a passion for delivering high-quality documentation that enhances the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft clear and concise user guides, ensuring they align with the needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.

Develop user experience documentation that enhances the overall usability and satisfaction of our products.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers to gather insights and information for documentation.

Work closely with customer support teams to address user queries and concerns through comprehensive documentation.

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.

Ensure consistent and effective communication between development teams and end-users.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 3 years' experience within the software industry.

Proven experience as a Technical Author with a focus on user-facing documentation.

Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of technical and user-based documentation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Excellent command of English to create high quality written content.
